Record Holders Among Entrepreneurs
The top individual entrepreneur this year won 2,288 tenders. At the same time, another entrepreneur has already managed to work with 769 different customers, winning 788 tenders in 2026.
In total, over the entire period of Prozorro’s operation, the absolute record belongs to an individual entrepreneur who achieved 10,225 wins, cooperating with only 23 customers.Second and third places are occupied by entrepreneurs with 8,636 and 8,553 won tenders, respectively.However, the system does not always manage to filter out contractors whose agreements may potentially violate the law. Thus, during an inspection of tenders, Opentatabot identified 2 individual entrepreneurs who won a total of 6 tenders for UAH 297.5 thousand – while already being classified as missing.Read also
The Ministry of Finance has approved new tax reporting forms for businesses and individual entrepreneurs
This status does not automatically terminate the entrepreneur’s activity. For an individual entrepreneur to be terminated, state registration of termination of activity is required. Grounds may include, in particular, a court decision declaring a person missing or presumed dead. The mere fact of being entered into the Register of Missing Persons does not accomplish this.Previously, it was reported that the Ministry of Finance approved new forms of the Tax Calculation of income amounts accrued in favor of individuals, amounts of tax withheld from them, as well as amounts of accrued single social contribution.
