Residential complex “Rusаnivska Havan” has been accredited under the state program “єОселя,” opening new avenues for prospective homeowners.
You can now take advantage of a preferential loan to purchase an apartment in building № 13-17 even during the construction phase.
What is “єОселя”?
“єОселя” is a government initiative for affordable housing loans, offering two financing options:
• 7% annual interest — general mortgage program for individuals who do not own a home or have limited living space.
• 3% annual interest (subsidized) — for military personnel, law enforcement officers, as well as medical, pedagogical, and scientific professionals employed by state or municipal institutions.
Key loan conditions:
- loan amount: from 200 thousand to 5 million UAH;
- term: up to 20 years;
- down payment: from 20%;
- borrower’s age: up to 60 years at the time of full repayment.
Why is this beneficial?
Through the “єОселя” program, you can select an apartment in “Rusanivska Havan” while it’s still under construction and secure favorable loan terms. The building’s commissioning is scheduled for Q4 2025.
